Cold Outreach Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional to drive our new client acquisition efforts. As a Cold Outreach Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and ensure that qualified leads are booked for sales conversations.

Your Responsibilities:

Cold Calling – Reach out to potential clients via phone, introduce our services, and generate interest.
Appointment Setting – Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
Cold Email Campaigns – Develop and execute strategic email outreach campaigns to attract potential customers.
Lead Research – Identify and build a high-quality list of potential clients and key decision-makers.
CRM Management – Track all interactions in our CRM system to ensure an efficient follow-up process.


Ideal Profile
Requirements:

Experience in cold outreach or sales, ideally in a marketing agency or related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade people over the phone or via email.
Self-motivated & proactive approach – You are excited to help shape the growth of Digital Essence.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
