Marketing & Ecommerce Manager

The functions developed with three people in my charge were:  Development of specific Communication and Marketing Plans for all companies of the group, developing an omnichannel plan that includes the network of stores (more than 250) and the ecommerce.  Development and management of ecommerce ( and two B2B´s ( and  Development and management of the dropshipping project.  Coordination and supervision of content management (B2B and B2C) and Social Networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook).  SEM management coordinating external agencies. Retargeting (Criteo), Affiliation (Tradetracker) and Google Shopping and Adwords.  SEO management coordinating external agencies (inbound marketing, linkbuilding, etc.).  Selection of collaborating agencies, suppliers of printing, audiovisual production, design of logos and corporate image, keeping a line adapted to the image needs of the company.  Coordination and implementation of the annual promotional plan with the design and printing of 8 brochures with a circulation of more than 1 million copies.

Marketing and Communication Manager

The functions developed with two people in my charge were:  Development of communication and marketing plans for both companies.  Marketing actions to generate demand through direct marketing (mailings, telemarketing and e-mailings).  Corporate image: selection of partner agencies, providers of print, audiovisual production, logo design and corporate image, maintaining a proper line to the needs of the company's image.  Developing, updating and control of the entire company's business information (data sheets, catalogs, user’s manuals, installation manuals, presentations and case studies).  Implementation of SEM campaigns (Adwords)  Management and control of SEO with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.  Writing, sending and tracking press releases, interviews and opinion pieces, and the relationship with the media (press).  Creating and managing web content and social network profile (LinkedIn)  Management of the website and microsites of the group.  Maintenance of intranet (datasheets, price list, white papers, photos)  Editing and sending of the newsletter.  Coordination of exhibitions and events (seminars, professional conferences and trade fairs).  Organization of events for staff (Christmas lunch).  Collaboration with management in maintaining relationships with foundations and associations.
