Assist project construction management on site in administrative tasks; facilitate communications between Santiago headquarters and site Main Office; coordinate travel arrangements for vendors and expats; assist them off site (health emergencies, legal appointments, etc.); interpret safety inductions for vendors and expats. Translate reports and technical documents for different departments such as HSE (BHP Safety Instructions), Construction, Procurement and Project Control.
To the administrative assistant tasks developed during 2013, now it is added the duties of invoice process for payment in Transtecnia software; substitute for key administrative positions in headquarters and branch office; backup translator for MEL related documents as Safety Instructions and interpretations on Laguna Seca Concentrator Plant or wherever the service is required.
